Food sensitivities

It is crucial to the health of your gut, immune system, and body overall to determine if you have a sensitivity to a particular food. If you are consuming food that you are sensitive to, you could be drastically hindering your health. Below are some signs that you might have a food sensitivity.

  • Headache

  • Fatigue/lethargy

  • Bloating
